Launch of Song Tere Ishq by Vikram Sahney & Jyoti Nooran

 

Mumbai : Padam Shri Vikramjit Singh Sahney a philanthropist and social reformist have come out with a new song “Tere Ishq” by him together with legendary Jyoti Nooran. The song is slated to be released on this Friday 11th February on world-wide basis on all digital and electronic platforms.The song Tere Ishq is inspired by sufi poetry of Baba Bulleh Shah and some lyrics have been contributed by Romy Bains. The vocals have been done by Jeetu Gaba and the concept and video has been visualized by famous art director Jagmeet Bal The exquisite video is in the setting of various old palaces and heritages sites of Istanbul in Turkey. The song is mesmerizing with vibrant music and rich settings of land of sufi song.The song is in continuation of the first song sung by Vikram Sahney and Jyoti Nooran “Ek Tu Hi Tu” inspired by covid which crossed 10 million views in just one month of its release.

Vikram Sahney said that this song is dedicated to Baba Bulleh Shah and underline meaning is ‘ishq hakiki’ and is it my passion to sing sufi music and connect our younger generations with the rich Punjabi culture and heritage blended with modern music. Jyoti Nooran said it is my pleasure to sing this sufi song and I enjoyed so much singing and have been impressed by the music composition and the rich video of this song.Vikram Sahney has been active in providing covid relief by way of supplying over 500 oxygen concentrators and over 1000 oxygen cylinders to the various districts in Punjab. He is also running various World Class Skill Centres at Amritsar and other places including the drug de-addiction and rehab centre. Mr. Sahney recently evacuated Afghan refugees and is running a programme “My family my Responsibility” to rehabilitate them.
