Jai Ram Thakur invites PM to inaugurate Rath Yatra on Himachal Day

New Delhi/Shimla : Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi at New Delhi today.Chief Minister invited the Prime Minister to visit Himachal Pradesh on 15th April 2021 on the occasion of Himachal Day to inaugurate the Rath Yatra showcasing the 50 years glorious journey of development of Himachal Pradesh.He apprised the Prime Minister that State is celebrating golden jubilee of statehood entire year by organising various programmes and added that State level function will be organised in Mandi district on 15th April along with a Rath Yatra to showcase the fifty years developmental journey of State and achievements of State government during last three years will also be taken to people.Chief Minister thanked the Prime Minister for his support to State especially for the milestone like Atal Tunnel.He also requested the Prime Minister to inaugurate the 111 MW Sawda Kuddu Hydel Project constructed at a cost of Rs. 1796 crore besides laying foundation stones of 210 MW Luhri Stage- I Hydel Project and 66 MW Dhaulasidh Hydel Project.
