Shimla : Leader of Congress Legislative Party Mukesh Agnihotri and President Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee Kuldeep Singh Rathore called on Governor Bandaru Dattatraya at Raj Bhavan today. On behalf of the Congress Party, they presented a memorandum to the President of India through the Governor demanding one crore vaccinations a day and to ensure universal free vaccination for every citizen of India.
