Chandigarh : Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij was seen in action mode at the Janata Darbar today. Minister Vij issued directions to suspend both the employees with immediate effect when a woman complainant showed the video of two employees serving tea to the absconding accused of fraud in Kaithal’s Pundri police station.
Similarly, in Panipat, the Home Minister gave directions to suspend the city station in-charge Balraj on the charge of demanding Rs 10,000 per ambulance by the ambulance drivers.He also reprimanded the Kaithal SP regarding the fraud case in the Janata Darbar.
Home Minister Anil Vij said that SP sahab “Tea is being served to the accused in the police station and you are saying that the accused is not being found. The criminals are sitting in the police station with their legs wide open, suspending both the employees immediately, will the criminals sit in such a police station.
Should I close the police station, how can this happen, SP sir, will goons rule the state, I want immediate action, he directed.”A woman complainant from Kaithal, while giving a complaint to Home Minister Anil Vij in the fraud case, alleged that the police was not catching the accused in the Rs 25 lakh fraud case.
Despite the case being registered, the accused is roaming freely and the police personnel are making the accused sit in the police station and give him tea. The woman also showed Home Minister Vij the video of the accused sitting in the police station.
Angered by this attitude of the police, the Home Minister immediately called SP Kaithal and reprimanded him first. Within an hour of Home Minister Anil Vij’s reprimand, DGP PK Aggarwal informed Home Minister Anil Vij about the accused and that the accused has been arrested.
On the other hand, the ambulance drivers who came from Panipat gave a complaint to the Home Minister Anil Vij alleging that they are being asked Rs 10,000 per ambulance by the city station in-charge Balraj for driving the ambulance. Minister Vij called the Panipat SP and directed to suspend the station in-charge in the matter.
On Saturday, more than six thousand complainants from all over the state reached the Janata Darbar at the PWD Rest House in Ambala Cantonment with their complaints, on which directions for action were given by Home Minister Anil Vij. The Darbar continued till late evening.
*Fraud of 57 lakhs, Home Minister Anil Vij directed to transfer DSP’s reader*
While giving a complaint in the Janata Darbar, the complainant alleged that he had made a deal of Kothi for Rs 57 lakh. But the accused cheated her. A complaint was made to the police in this matter, but till now his complaint has not been registered.
The complainant alleged that the DSP’s reader demanded two lakhs from him for registering the case, he did not give this amount and till now his case has not been registered. In the case, Home Minister Vij directed to transfer DSP’s reader from the seat, to register a case.
*Directions to SP Jhajjar to arrest the accused in the POCSO case by evening*
Giving a complaint before the Home Minister Anil Vij, the army jawan from Jhajjar said that the Jhajjar police has not been able to arrest the accused in the case of rape against his minor sister. There is anger in the whole family regarding this matter.
Taking strict cognizance of the matter, Home Minister Anil Vij called Jhajjar SP and reprimanded him as to why the accused could not be arrested till now. He gave strict orders to the SP to arrest the accused by this evening so that the complainant can get justice.
*In Nuh, the computer operator was removed and another was hired, instructions to ACS Health to investigate the matter*
The complainant youth from Nuh said that he was working as a computer operator in Nuh Hospital since 2014, but the authorities removed him in 2018. After this, two other youths were hired with the money while he was deliberately removed.
Taking strict cognizance of the matter, Minister Vij instructed the ACS of the Health Department to investigate.
*Minister Vij said to the soldier in the case of assault on the soldier’s brother, “You do your duty, I will fight for you”*
The army jawan who came from Hisar in front of Home Minister Anil Vij told that his brother was beaten up by several youths, but no action has been taken against the accused in the case registered on the complaint of his brother.
The soldier said whether he should fight on the border or with the system. Taking cognizance of this, Home Minister Anil Vij told the soldier that “You give duty on the border, I will fight for you, and you need not worry”. On the complaint of the soldier, the Home Minister directed the IG Hisar to investigate the matter by forming an SIT of another district.
*Instructions for action in other cases*
In Janta Darbar, the minister gave instructions for action in other matters. A man from Charkhi Dadri said that in the case of assaulting his sister-in-law, the same police officer has been included in the SIT against whom he had given a complaint, Minister Vij instructed to remove the officer from the SIT.
Similarly, he gave instructions to take action on thousands of other complaints as well.
*Full attention was given to the public coming to the Janata Darbar*
Due to extreme cold, special arrangements were made in Janata Darbar. Covered tents were installed to protect the public from cold, along with many heat pillars were installed in the tents. Apart from this, tea was also served to the people coming to the Janata Darbar on behalf of Roti Bank.
On this occasion, apart from ADC Sachin Gupta, SDM Satindra Siwach, DSP from all police ranges including Kapil Vij, BJP Mandal Pradhan Rajeev Dimple, Mandal Pradhan Kiran Pal Chauhan, Surendra Tiwari, BS Bindra, Ravi Sehgal, Deepak Bhasin, Shaili Khanna, Jasbir Jassi, Balwinder Singh Shahpur, Ram Babu Yadav, Shyam Sundar Arora, Ashish Agarwal and others were present.
