BJP Chandigarh organized a Virtual Jan Samvad Rally
Chandigarh : On completion of successful one year of Modi government today the BJP Chandigarh organized a Virtual Jan Samvad Rally as a part of national campaign to appraise the residents of Chandigarh about the achievements of Modi Government and the pledge was taken by the Karyakartas for the Prime Minister’s campaign of Atam Nirbhar Bharat by using the Swadeshi products as a part of Local or Vocal campaign. Thousands of people across the city joined the rally through webex, facebook and other social media platforms. Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Union Law Minsiter of India addressed the unique virtual rally as a keynote speaker from Delhi BJP headquarters and Chandigarh BJP In-charge Prabhat Jha addressed the workers from Bhopal. While State President Chandigarh Arun Sood , former President and National Executive Council member Sanjay Tandon, General Secretary Organisation Dinesh Kumar, Mayor Rajbala Malik, State Core Committee Member Raghuveer Lal Arora, Vice President Prem Kaushik and State General Secretary Chandrashekhar and Rambir Bhatti alongwith some Councillors, State Office Bearers, District Presidents, Morcha President etc. attended the rally. Apart from these, large number of party workers and general public including MP Kirron Kher watched the rally through digital medium.Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the Central Government under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi has done a lot of work in public interest during his tenure of 6 years. The second tenure of Modi Government is a clear indication as how the people of India has reposed the great trust & faith on the Prime Minister. The Modi Government 2 has taken some historic decisions which has transformed the nation. Ravi Shankar Prasad said that while the previous government led by Narendra Modi of the Bharatiya Janata Party is known for much-needed reforms and the creation of New India, this first successful year of the Modi government 2 will be known for tough and big decisions.
The government has taken many historic decisions in this one year. These include removal of Sections 370 and 35A from Jammu and Kashmir, ending the practice of triple talaq, removing all obstacles to the construction of Ram Temple, citizenship bill, etc.Arun Sood, State President of BJP Chandigarh said that due to these decisions, this one year will be known as Saal Ek Kaam Anek, Badhe Faisle Kam Huye Faasle. Arun Sood further told that during the period of lockdown BJP Chandigarh was conducting 52 community kitchens whereby 75000 food packets were distributed daily to the poor & needy people. BJP Chandigarh has also distributed 11652 Modi Ration Kits, 5 Lakh face masks, 60000 sanitizers, donated 588 Blood units and also helped the migrants by giving them Chapals and also assisted the people of Leh Ladakh by airlifting them to their native place. The foresight of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has worked which has helped the nation in handling this Corona pandemic.. At the same time the Prime Minister was also ensuring the Jaan Bhi & Jahan Bhi and the finance ministry announced the historic package of 20 lakhs crore, while the Prime Minister has pledged to make the country a self-reliant India.Prabhat Jha, Prabhari BJP Chandigarh congratulated the entire team of BJP Chandigarh and its karyakartas for organizing such a huge virtual rally. Giving the above information, BJP state spokesperson Kailash Jain said that all the workers up to the Mandal level directly heard the rally through Cisco Webex app, more than 200 Face book accounts, Instagram and the party’s YouTube channel. Apart from this, a large number of people also participated in the rally through electronic media and web portals.He told that just as the stage is decorated in the ground for the traditional rally, in the same way, the party also prepared a stage in the Chandigarh office. The rally was conducted from the stage of Chandigarh, lighting the lamp, Vande Mataram, and a welcome song was also performed.Physical distance was completely followed in the office. And at the same time a similar platform was prepared in Delhi from where Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad addressed the rally.
