Chandigarh : Terming Chandigarh as a reflection of mini India, Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai has said the all round development of this city has turned out to be the home and dream of many communes. BJP-led Municipal Corporation has not only given respect but has also tried to provide benefits of the government’s schemes which make this city one of favorite places to live in.Nityanand Rai was campaigning in support of BJP candidates on Sunday which included Devi Singh (ward No 20) in Behlana, Yogita Vicky Shera ( ward no. 19) at Ramdarbar and finally for Jasmanpreet Singh (ward No. 32) in Sector 51.

Nityananda in his address emphasized that people settled here from length and breadth of the country have always given the message of mutual brotherhood. During the Corona period, Chandigarh not only fulfilled the needs of migrants but people from Delhi also came here for treatment.Appealing to ensure BJP candidates win in upcoming election, Nityanand Rai said that the people of the city should vote for BJP in the name of development. Also present on the occasion includes Amit Jindal, Ward President Vinod Kumar Chauhan, Bajinder Sood, Tajinder Hundal, Pradeep Sharma, Rajinder Joshal and many prominent leaders.
