#1 ‘Boy With Luv’ feat. Halsey
This superhit track was released on April 12, 2019, as an extension to BTS’ 2014 number ‘Boy In Luv’. Featuring the very famous American artist and ‘Without Me’ singer Halsey, it was released as a lead single and a part of BTS’ sixth extended play ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’. No sooner than it was released, the music video made a record of being the most viewed video online at the time, garnering over 74.6 million views within 24 hours of its release.
#2 ‘IDOL’ feat. Nicki Minaj
Released on August 24, 2018, as a part of their third album titled ‘Love Yourself: Answer’, the song features the Trinidadian singer and popular rap queen, Nicki Minaj. This track is a brilliant mixture of traditional Korean music and African beats, which has been mainly inspired from the Korean genre ‘Pansori’ and John Woo’s 1997 movie ‘Face/Off’. Minaj has added to the fire with her captivating and surreal rap verses and we just can’t get enough!
#3 ‘ON’ feat. Sia
This brilliant number was released on February 21, 2020, as a part of BTS’ fourth album ‘Map of the Soul: 7’ and features the extremely talented Australian artist and ‘Cheap Thrills’ singer, Sia. The K-pop band’s exceptional rapper trio, comprising of RM, Suga and J-Hope have effectively contributed as songwriters and this one is undoubtedly a top notch collaboration we could ever witness!
#4 ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ by J-Hope feat. Becky G
In collaboration with the South Korean rapper and BTS’ one of the lead rappers, J-Hope, and American rapper Becky G, this cheerful and lighthearted number was released in September 27, 2019, and has already won millions of hearts since then. This amazing duo partnered up to roll out their very own brilliant version of American DJ Webstar and rapper Young B’s song ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ also featuring the Voice of Harlem, as a part of Webstar’s album, ‘Webstar Presents: Caught in the Web’, that was released in 2006. It went on to become epic with influencers and other artists hopping onto the trending bandwagon of performing to this track, and we loved it!

#5 ‘MIC Drop’ feat. Steve Aoki
BTS collaborated with the phenomenal multi talented and multi-personality artist Steve Aoki, to release a remix of their single from their fifth extended play ‘Love Yourself: Her’ on November 24, 2017, and also features American rapper Desiigner for a cameo. Steve Aoki is world renowned as a DJ, author, philanthropist and a fashion designer, and this track garnered immense love and praises for its critical acclamation.
#6 ‘Make It Right’ feat. Lauv
Originally released by BTS on April 12, 2019, as a part of their extended play ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’, this track has been remixed and re-released on October 18, 2019, as the second lead single from the band’s EP, this time featuring the genius American singer-songwriter, Lauv. This heavy contemporary R&B number radiates an intimately vivid aura with its close-miked and breathy vocals, and has been co-written by Ed Sheeran.
#7 ‘Change’ feat. Wale
A powerful track released in March 2017, this one delves right into a bunch of serious political issues and approaches straight to our minds, urging us all to act rationally. BTS’ leader and one of the lead rappers, RM, takes turns along with fellow rapper Wale to throw some fantastic rap verses revolving around some of the major social issues, including racism and cyberbullying.
#8 ‘Best of Me’ feat. The Chainsmokers
Released on September 18, 2017, the track features the highly loved American DJ and artist duo, The Chainsmokers, and rolled out as the third track for BTS’ fifth album ‘Love Yourself: Her’. With upbeat music and enthralling vocals, this number has all our hearts, especially for its peppy EDM genre.
