Chairperson DDC reviews functioning of Health Department at Udhampur

The Chairman DDC asked CMO to direct the Doctors and Para Medical staff to work diligently and serve the General Public in far flung areas. He emphasized that everyone in Udhampur district should receive quality medical care through government facilities like District Hospital, CHCs, PHCs and Dispensaries etc.
To spread awareness about the availability of free medicines in Government Health Institutions, the Chairperson DDC Udhampur recommended to display the list of the available medicine prominently in the Government Hospitals/Health & wellness centers for the information of the public.
He suggested holding frequent Health Melas in remote areas of the District to benefit the villagers.The Chairperson DDC stressed upon the Medical fraternity to render their duties with utmost care, compassion and with professional integrity. He stressed on providing hassle free health services to the general public in the District.
