DC inspects childcare homes for boys and girls run by Social Welfare Department Udhampur

Udhampur : Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur, Krittika Jyotsna along with District Social Welfare Officer Kanika Gupta today visited Palaash and Parisha the childcare homes for boys and Girls to inspect the available facilities and inspect the ongoing work of remodelling of Palaash.
During her visit to the residential homes being run by the Department of Social Welfare, she reviewed the facilities being provided to the children in the institute.
While interacting with the staff members and children, she motivated them to work hard in academics, while keeping equal focus on extracurricular activities.
She also impressed upon them to maintain a friendly and joyous environment in the childcare institutes and treat other inmates as their extended family.
