Shimla : Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur was presented a cheque of Rs. 2.25 lakh by Chairman, HP Ex-Servicemen League, Mandi Col. Pratap Singh on behalf of the League towards ‘HP SDMA COVID-19 State Disaster Response Fund’ here today. A Contribution of Rs. 1.76 lakh was also made by prominent BJP leader from Arki Vidhan Sabha area of Solan district Ram Rattan Pal on behalf of the people of Arki area towards this Fund besides contribution of Rs. 1,05,000 by President Engineers Welfare Association of H.P Power Corporation Dinesh Sharma on behalf of Association. In addition to this, retired Senior Executive Engineer of HPSEB Ltd. Manohar Singh gave a personal contribution of Rs. 15000 towards Disaster Response Fund.Chief Minister thanked the contributors for their noble gesture.
