With the launch of North India’s largest data centre at Mohali

Mohali : Government is pushing to make Mohali an I T-hub on the on hand , whereas on the other hand Companies are also showing their interest for the same . Mohali’s name has become more prominent in IT sector after inauguration of North India’s largest data center being launched in Mohali by Kennies Star India in Phase 8 of Mohali’s Industrial Area.
On the occasion of the inauguration of this data center, the chief guest was the chairman of the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry GD Singh . Former ambassador of Nigeria Mahesh Sahdev, Rahman owner of Expro Company from Bangladesh, Dr Vishal Kalra CEO Digital Global Pvt Ltd and Senior Coordinator of NRI Committee Punjab Mandeep Singh Nijhar were the special guests.
On this occasion, the chief guest, chairman of the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry GD Singh while congratulating said that Mohali is developing as an IT hub. Surely, within a short period of time, this city will be seen leaving behind an IT-city like Bangalore.
He further added that with the inauguration of largest data center of North India better employment opportunities in IT sector will be available for the youth, the opening of this industry in Punjab will also bring financial benefits at large scale. He further added that The vision to create a powerful Internet Infrastructure in a healthy IT ecosystem supported by this data center, which is also an achievement.
