Mansukh Mandaviya takes charge as Union Minister of Chemicals & Fertilizers

New Delhi : Mansukh Mandaviya took over as the Union Minister for Chemicals & Fertilizers here today. The Minister was welcomed by the Secretaries and senior officials of the Ministry.
