Mission Fateh : SDM Kharar hosts badging ceremony for the Mission Fateh Warriors

Kharar : The wholehearted involvement of the common people is very important to ensure the success of ‘Mission Fateh’ campaign as without their support awareness generation cannot really take off, opined SDM Kharar Mr. Himanshu Jain on the occasion of honouring the 50 Mission Fateh Warriors for spreading awareness regarding containing the spread of corona virus.He informed that the S.A.S. Nagar district is undertaking a sustained awareness campaign under the visionary guidance of the Deputy Commissioner Mr. Girish Dayalan to ensure that the residents of the district are made aware about the safety measures to be undertaken in accordance with the protocol of the Health Department for protection from corona virus.Divulging more, he added that with this vision in mind a plethora of activities are being undertaken including field publicity through publicity vehicles, hoardings, banners, distribution of pamphlets, awareness to download COVA app, special one- on- one guidance through GOGs, Asha workers, Aanganwari workers, Sarpanches, youth volunteers, scouts and guides and identification of Corona Warriors and the Mission Fateh warriors and recognizing their efforts.SDM reiterated that all out efforts would be made to take the campaign to the grassroots level in order to defeat the pandemic and vociferously re-iterated that no household in the subdivision would be left out. He exhorted everybody to comply fully with the Government directives issued from time to time such as wearing of masks, maintaining of required social distance, washing off hands with the sanitizers as well as the soaps with at least 20 seconds as often as possible.
