Mission Fateh a perfect Mantra to save precious lives of the people of Punjab - Purkhalvi

Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) : Technical Education and Industrial Training Punjab Department has raised an initiative of door to door campaign in the city of Mohali and has taken part on ground level as per the instructions in the ‘Mission Fateh’ launched by Hon’ble CM Capt. Amrinder Singh in order to defeat the covid-19 pandemic in Punjab. In continuation with this effort of the department, today i.e. 29/06/2020 Govt. ITI (w) Mohalias a part of implementing this mission at the ground level in this fight against corona, Govt ITI (women) organized awareness campaign at important and crowded chowks of Mohali city to make people aware about measures to safeguard against this deadly infection.As per the directions of the worthy Chief Secretary of the department Mr. AnuragVerma, IAS and under the steerage of the Principal and District Nodal Officer Mr. ShamsherPurkhalvi, all the staff and students of the institution, carrying the banners and placards with the messages on various precautions related to the prevention of corona pandemic, carried out a number of awareness campaigns at Gurdwara Singh ShaheedanChowkSuhana, Light Point of Phase 7/8, Phase 3/5 Light Point and outside of the District Administrative and Court Complexes for three hours in order to save human life from this deadly infection covid-19. On this occasion, the studentswho were in institution uniform under the instructions of Smt. AmritbirKaurHundal, instructor of the institution, made people aware orally as well as through gestures and also they distributed the pamphlets to the people when the red light of traffic signal was on at the chowks. This noble initiative is being appreciated by each and every section of the society during which the entire staff and students adhering to the guidelines issued by the Health Department, properly wore masks and gloves and followed the social distance norm. During this social noble cause by the institution, the following slogans written on the banners and placards were easily understood by the people and it is expected that this human manifestation is bound to have a deep impact on the society.
1. Punjab sarkar da hukamvajayeo – mask bin nasadakteaayeo
(Follow the orders of the Punjab government – do not come on the road without a mask)
2. Bina kamm ton bahar na aayeo – jaal corona fass na jayeo
(Don’t come out unnecessarily – don’t fall prey to Corona)
3. Kasrat yoga nembanayeo – mission fateh nu safalbanayeo
(Make workout yoga part of life – Make Mission Fatah Successful)
4. Rajj ke apani umar handayeo – Milan gilan ton samaa bachayeo
(Increase your lifespan – save time by avoiding meeting-dating)
5. Sabban de nal yaari layeo – bhullake na kade hatth milayeo
(Make friends with soap – never shake hands)
6. Mask je na mooh te paya – police ne katt chalan faraya
(If you don’t wear mask – police will issue the challan)
7. Changiyaan gallaan je apnaiyan – khushiyan ghar vich bhajj bhajj aiyaan
(Good habits if adopted – happiness enters the house)
8. Mask bin koi rehan n idena – dard corona sehan ni dena
(Not to let anyone be without mask – Not to let suffer the pain of corona)
9. Ikk duje ton duri rakho – tyari apni puri rakho
(Keep distance from each other – keep yourself fully prepared)
10. Laparvahi paiju bhari – bheer bhaar ton karo kinari
(Negligence will cost you – do away with crowd)
11. Jaruri kamm ate lor ton bina aapne ghar vich hi raho ji
(Stay in your homes without necessary work and needs)
12. Khang, khaansi, jukam ate bukhar hon te doctor nal sampark karo ji
(In case of cough, cold and fever, consult the doctor)
13. Corona ikk bhyanak te janleva bimari hai is ton bachan lai savdhan raho ji
(Corona is a terrible and fatal disease, be careful to escape it)
Present on this occasion, the Principal of the institution Mr. Shamsher Purkhalvi said in the war against Corona, while more than 15 lakh masks have been prepared by the department, the students of ITI Mohali made 44561 masks through their own means and distributed free of cost among the health workers, sanitation workers, migrant labourers, police employees, gardeners, drivers and other needy people, for which the institution is being specially honoured by the Punjab government. This door to door campaign under Mission Fateh was made successful under the role of Superintendent Mr. Avtar Singh, Sh. Gurbachan Singh, Instuctor Mr. Rakesh Kumar Dhalla, Mr. Varinderpal Singh Khalsa, Placement Officer Paramjitpal Singh, Mr. Vikrmjit Singh Bains, Mrs. Anjali Mrs. UpasanaAttri, Mrs. Darshana Kumari, Mrs. Amritbir Kaur Hundal, Mrs. JasvirKaur, Mrs. Rajni Banga, Mrs. ShaviGoyal, Mr. Parvinder Kumar, Mr. Maninderpal Singh, Mr. RohitKaushal, Mr. Gurbachan Singh, Kumari Alka and the whole staff and many of the students of the institute.
