Along infrastructural development, ensuring safety of women will be our priority in next five years : Bharat Bhushan Ashu

Ludhiana : A city cannot be called a developed city unless its people are feeling safe, believed cabinet minister and Congress candidate from Ludhiana West, Bharat Bhushan Ashu.While addressing a public meeting, organized by Councilor Sunny Bhalla, at Malerkotla House, Ashu said that safety of residents has always remained a priority for the Congress party and Congress party will continue to provide a safe and secure atmosphere to people of Punjab. “In Ludhiana West constituency also, along with infrastructural development works, the safety of residents, especially women, will be at priority in the next five years,” he said.

During the public meetings, Ashu also focused on upgrading government schools and healthcare facilities and also talked about the projects which have been completed in the last five years and those which are in progress.Ashu said that his report card of works done in five years proves his credibility and he promised the residents that he will continue to work for the betterment of the society.Sunny Bhalla also appreciated the work done by Ashu in the last five years and said that people of Ludhiana West trust Ashu and they will make Ashu win from this assembly seat for third consecutive time that too with great margin.Councilor Mamta Ashu, in a separate public meeting, also said that response from residents of different wards of Ludhiana West constituency is overwhelming. The people are appreciating the development works, regarding development of market, roads, green belts, that took place in the constituency in the last five years.
