Shiromani Akali Dal (United)-led Punjab allies form strong third front

He said that today there was a need for the entire Sikh community to come together under the banner of Shiromani Akali Dal (United), a party that upheld the true principles of Akali Dal and create a new image of Shiromani Akali Dal.Mr. Dhindsa said that Shiromani Akali Dal (United) would soon end the dominance of the Badal family over the century old Shiromani Akali Dal by liaising with all Panthic parties and Punjab allies as the Badals had tarnished the image of the party which had made sacrifices.
