Bathinda : Exhorting the people to support Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh ‘Mission Fateh’ for well being of society, Finance Minister Mr Manpreet Singh Badal said that it would be the real tribute to Satguru Kabir Ji, who had preached the message of oneness of mankind, love, peace and universal brotherhood.Paying floral tributes to Satguru Kabir Ji during a function organised to mark the 622nd Parkash Utsav of the great saint of ‘Bhakti Movement’, he said that it was high time that all of us should perpetuate the message of universal peace and communal harmony as preached by Satguru Kabir Ji across the globe.He said that the life, philosophy and teachings of this great spiritual guru would ever act as a beacon for guiding the destiny of humanity and redeem it from the pangs of agony. Greeting the people on this sacred occasion, Mr Badal called upon them to follow the teachings of Satguru Kabir Ji, who preached the message of oneness of mankind, love, peace and universal brotherhood. He appealed the people to serve the mankind in this hour of crisis which would be a real tribute to Great Saint.
Speaking about Environment on World Environment Day which also falls today, he solicited the support of the people in growing more trees to save nature from the pollution. Meanwhile, during the visit in various markets, the Minister also assured to the shopkeepers that Punjab Government is committed to bailing out them in this hour of distress due to Covid-19 Pandemic.He said that Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had launched the ‘Mission Fateh’ to ensure well being of all by protecting them from Covid 19 adding that all of us must support this noble cause to save the state and ensure the prosperity of its people.He talked to the shopkeepers during his visit to Arya Samaj Chowk, Mehna Chowk, Aggarwal Street and others and directed the officials to solve their issues promptly.On the occasion, Improvement Trust Chairman Mr KK Aggarwal, Mr Arun Wadhawan, Mr Pawan Mani, Mr Mohan Lal, Mr Rajan Garg, Mr Hemant Sharma, Mr Parkash Chand and Mr Nathuram and others were present.
